Pros

ThousandEyes is way ahead of other start-ups that are around 250-300 Employees. I have worked for Tech Startups for the last 10 years, some of them fail, some of them flourish to the point of acquisition and a very few IPO. ThousandEyes is on its way! Humility will make you shine here, that is what it's all about! With great power, comes great responsibility! Everyone here is a superhero, a cohesive team lead by a down to earth visionaries (Our Founders.) The culture is not just unique, it is a competitive differentiator to attract and retain top talent in a candidate dominate recruiting market in SF. The product is game-changing, and the possibilities are endless to reach new verticals and untapped revenue streams. The perks and benes are top notch, they feed you, mix up happy hours, off-site events, etc... The average tenure of the Employees here is almost 3 years, very impressive and rare. ThousandEyes does things the right way, and it shows throughout the organization. Impressive Board Members, VC-backed by top-notch firms; you can't ask for more positive indicators of where this rocketship is going!

Cons

Some slight growing pains, but they mitigate the pains by great planning and execution. Can't ask for more.

Pros

Great workplace, great people, great location, interesting projects.

Cons

No one told me what specific tools to use and how to get access to them for the project. Very slow and complex access control. Project management is chaotic and they don't have a clear idea of what they want to do. Leadership is basically a ghost. Followed up for full-time roles and have been ghosted for no reason.
