      - Company culture - Health and wellness stipend - Growth - Startup lifestyle: free snacks, drinks, yoga lessons, happy hours - Fun/chill environment w/coworkers

      Cons

      Needs improvements on managerial training. I had a really bad experience with a manager and needed to leave. Felt uncomfortable and anxious every morning when opening my inbox. Managers are suppose to support and protect their subordinates, not make them feel weak and inadequate of their work. Never had this horrible experience before.

      Pros

      Great workplace, great people, great location, interesting projects.

      Cons

      No one told me what specific tools to use and how to get access to them for the project. Very slow and complex access control. Project management is chaotic and they don't have a clear idea of what they want to do. Leadership is basically a ghost. Followed up for full-time roles and have been ghosted for no reason.
