Pros

The company has a great product whose demand continues to rise with time. Filled with great people who are willing to help you every step of the way. Great manager is another cherry on the top. There are plenty opportunities for career wise growth considering the tech-stack being used here.

Cons

The company is still in midst of transitioning from a startup to settled one and is in this awkward phase right now but plans have already laid out and are in effect for various facets. Documentation is another aspect that really needs attention for various services which is something being attended to.

Great workplace, great people, great location, interesting projects.

Cons

No one told me what specific tools to use and how to get access to them for the project. Very slow and complex access control. Project management is chaotic and they don't have a clear idea of what they want to do. Leadership is basically a ghost. Followed up for full-time roles and have been ghosted for no reason.
