Pros
Most of the people who worked here prior to the acquisition are all very cool people that fit the culture that used to exist. The sales are good and it doesn't seem to be slowing down.
Cons
Lack of the culture that made TE great. Working for TE is basically working for Cisco and it seems to be more of an afterthought than an actual integrated company. Upward trajectory is extremely limited in this BU unless you want to hop to other BUs or acquired companies (at least for IT). Management seems to be either too busy or doesn't care to look into issues that come up and are repeatedly brought up. Pay is low in comparison to other companies.
