      Shift timing, no work on most of the days and all the jobs are data entry-level

      Cons

      No growth, micro Management to the extend which spoil your life, no respect for employees, like an old age home rather than an MNC

      Low stress, climate controlled, flexible shift

      Cons

      Horrible management, favoritism, management has no problem stepping in your way even if you’re trying to better yourself.
