      -Paid holidays -Pay is pretty good -Flexible schedule -Really can only get fired for stupid stuff such as continuously showing up late or being on your phone

      -Can be boring and repetitive -Coworkers can be lazy -The LMS system to track your work is very inaccurate

      Low stress, climate controlled, flexible shift

      Cons

      Horrible management, favoritism, management has no problem stepping in your way even if you’re trying to better yourself.
