      Good pay, decent benefits, and plenty of opportunities for overtime.

      Cons

      Depending on department could be working 7 days a week, start on nights and could be years before getting day shift due to seniority

      Horrible management, favoritism, management has no problem stepping in your way even if you’re trying to better yourself.
