      Pros

      Good atmosphere, and my peers are fun and pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      Hard on families: my manager forced me to take leave in a difficult circumstance No sense of urgency for improvement: company managers are stuck to old-fashioned processes that create more work and low quality Little room for career advancement. Lots of workplace attrition with no replacements

      Low stress, climate controlled, flexible shift

      Cons

      Horrible management, favoritism, management has no problem stepping in your way even if you’re trying to better yourself.
