      Good company for senior people.

      Cons

      Too much lengthy in position levels.and percentage given on promotion is 5%.but u can hike upto 16% everyyear based on ur performance.

      Horrible management, favoritism, management has no problem stepping in your way even if you’re trying to better yourself.
