Pros

No Prospectives at all.... there ia nothing at helpdesk....

Cons

Very poor ethics very poor management... no values to senior agents.... very strong nearest and dearest policy... no food facility for night shift associates logs in after 10 PM......1 person per shift on weeekend.... Management only supports women emplyoees... too much of discrimination.... core night shifts are only for males not for female employees...... too muvh of castism...... as companies major employees are Bengali and local bangalore people.... do they create groupism... and support their people only..... helpdesk tools are also outdated.... no growth... good for bootlickers....Not at all a good place for those who are loooking for a bright I.T. career.... stay away from this company in terms with I.T. Those who want to learn politics.... most welcome...

Horrible management, favoritism, management has no problem stepping in your way even if you’re trying to better yourself.
