      Pay is the only pro.

      Cons

      They supposedly have a non retaliation policy amongst their employees, via the so called employee handbook, yet when you're fired for "breaking a policy" then your chances of getting another job are slim to none because THEY'RE on purposefully holding you back from getting another job.
