Pros
The people at Timken are hands down the best part about the company. They have strong values and high morals. As an intern, I was treated the same from new hires all the way to upper management. A great place to work for and the pay for the internship was very good as well.
Cons
Not very many downsides to working for Timken for the perspective of a former intern. Understand that while interning does give you a leg-up on the competition for full-time employment, it is far from a guaranteed spot. Working for Timken is definitely a resume booster at the very least.
