Pros
I was given several opportunities to expand my knowledge. They provide online courses to learn about the industry and Turner practices. The courses were easy to navigate and definitely beneficial to the development and growth of my knowledge base.
Cons
There aren't many cons that I observed that I can comment on. I enjoyed my work experience there. It would have been nice to see a more diverse workforce. Women were truly lacking in the engineering roles. Possible recruitment of more talented women would be a suggestion.
