      Amazing benefits, good people, challenging problems to solve that will refine you

      Cons

      US holidays not guaranteed to have off due to being a swiss company (yet we don't have swiss holidays off while we work in the US), you have to figure out the job for yourself, minimal training

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
