- not great bonus structure for anywhere that's not front office (little bonus in good years because job security etc. - little or no bonus in bad years because we're all in it together) - probably the only company in the square mile where you have to use just 1 of 5 UBS retained employment law companies for potential redundancy consultation. Conflict of interest, anyone?
