Great co-workers, relaxed environment, decent pay. Hard workers are often recognized by directors and senior management directly.
Cons
Terrible management decisions regarding workforce. The idea that every process can eventually be automated or offshored is pervasive to the point of understaffing. Which in turn leads to excessive (60+) hours being worked by the more time-intensive groups.
