      Good location in Singapore Generally ok work life balance Good franchise name Good corporate training and education platform, online and in class

      Random assignment of heads and leaders with irrelevant experience leaving the old guard on the ground bewildered e.g business management and sales teams in HNW Singapore and Indonesia

      Pros

      Very minimal pros- you are working in a call center under managers with very little experience.

      Cons

      Managers are useless. The greater organization refers to the Wealth Advice Center as the “WAC”… yes…. wack. It has a double meaning and the advisors on the ultra high net worth teams are known to make fun of this call center. Very unserious role.
