Pros

Good corporate environment with plenty of feedback. Hours suck but the culture maintains a positive outlook. UBS, though going through tough times right now, is well positioned to succeed in the long term. They are committed to keeping the three pronged system together. Thus, they don't have the liquidity problems of a Bear or a Lehman. I am satisfied.

Cons

Long hours. Very long (90-130 hrs/week). No joke. I thought the senior bankers embellished the hours, but I was wrong. The work is tedious and never ending, and personal relationships suffer, but the long term benefit far outways the cost.

Pros

Very minimal pros- you are working in a call center under managers with very little experience.

Cons

Managers are useless. The greater organization refers to the Wealth Advice Center as the “WAC”… yes…. wack. It has a double meaning and the advisors on the ultra high net worth teams are known to make fun of this call center. Very unserious role.
