Pros
UBS is a great company that is very committed to its employees. The culture is very unlike many of the other financial services companies in the UK. It offers great opportunities for personal and career growth.
Cons
Some of the downsides relate to mid-level management. My requests for time off were consistently postponed and rejected. However, this related more to my personal manager and may not be reflective of the company as a whole.
