Pros

Some good managers. Short hours and high WFH flexibility

Cons

Extremely archaic process with no significant training given. Near complete lack of access to the resources and support available to auditors at other firms. Management and leadership much more concerned with semantics and appearances than audit testing and business control quality. No upwards or lateral mobility whatsoever. Most employees want out and end up having to go to second-rate audit departments at other firms and or take significant demotion to leave.

Pros

I learned a lot while interning here. The staff took time to get to know me. They each introduced me to different aspects of the business and their specific role,s which gave me great exposure to the business. They were flexible on hours and understanding when I had a family emergency in a way other employers have not been or did not need to.

Cons

Not a low-effort position, and could get overwhelming if you were not prepared.

Pros

Very minimal pros- you are working in a call center under managers with very little experience.

Cons

Managers are useless. The greater organization refers to the Wealth Advice Center as the “WAC”… yes…. wack. It has a double meaning and the advisors on the ultra high net worth teams are known to make fun of this call center. Very unserious role.
