Pros
Great colleagues. Paycheck on the 15th and 30th of each month. Close proximity to NYC, great views of mid-town Manhattan and a free 7 minute ferry ride into NYC. Full benefits package available, although pricey compared to my friends' benefits.
Cons
Hierarchical, with many levels of management (e.g., directors can report to directors). Company releases information to press before employees. Sometimes a "ready, fire, aim!" mentality.
