Pros

Environment is great as there are still some nice colleagues around. Very rare to have nice boss and I came across only one really good one who is more of a people management leadership rather than task oriented/statistic leadership.

Cons

1)All the while, the management has been squeezing us dry; they are always trying to reduce headcount by cutting some processes or using robots to run some tasks but the volume is always so high and robots breaks down often. 2) I can never understand why are the management are always counting the time needed to do each tasks but are always not providing enough staff to cover the work. 3) They are always hiring temporary staff which in turn waste alot of our time in training them up as the turnover rate is high with such unstable source of manpower. 4) The worst thing is that they are never going to reward us; pay freezed for 4 years and bonuses of only 2 weeks. Some got none. Although there is a $900 flexible benefits per year, it is just worst overall if you have to do overtime often. 5) After some nice colleagues and good bosses left, the team dynamics changed for the worst.

Pros

Very minimal pros- you are working in a call center under managers with very little experience.

Cons

Managers are useless. The greater organization refers to the Wealth Advice Center as the “WAC”… yes…. wack. It has a double meaning and the advisors on the ultra high net worth teams are known to make fun of this call center. Very unserious role.
