Not good for career growth - A O UBS Employee Review

1) No good quality work in Pune. All support or maintenance project in pune center. 2) Does not value employees. Even Senior managers/HR does not address issues/concern raised by employees. Lots of Politics 3) Favoritism and managers get people from their last organisation and favors them for all good work and appraisal. 4) No career growth for EE or AO 5) Very less hike and bonus for EE and AO.
