Not recommended for back office - Associate Director UBS Employee Review

Slow progression, stagnant growth especially with back office function. Very disappointing bonus even with good financial year- zero increment unless promotion year. The offering process is also not very pleasant. Hr likes to tell you that it is a market pay without disclosing the facts they are comparing with.
