      It's a great place with high efficiency, decent compensation, nice colleagues and good career development opportunities. Strongly recommend as a place to work!

      Cons

      Within a big company sometimes it's taking time and resources to fulfill all the process-related or procedure work which are not so efficient.

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
