      Diverse job opportunities, competitive salaries, due to its size one can find technically very strong people in the company, educational/training offer (back then)

      Cons

      As with several huge companies: administrative overhead, too many unintelligent people, management lacks skill set of managers and lacks technical knowledge

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
