Excellent compensation, clean, well lit, well kept working environment, decent hardware, access to software, support, Good medical insurance / benefits package.
Cons
very top down management, ridiculously long working hours, project mismanagement, no respect for work/life balance. No interest in building quality software, treating developers poorly (lying to them, not listening to them when they bring up issues)
