Mediocre job, mediocre colleagues - Software Engineer UBS Employee Review

A lot of bureaucracy and processes. No clear path to move beyond Senior Engineer, but they seem to improve on that. Colleagues of all sorts, but most of them in Singapore are mediocre at best, definitely overpaid. Don't understand how some of them got hired, pretty sure a Singaporean graduate would do better if you challenge them properly (instead, they seem to be doing mostly super easy, non-technical work). Can find better salary in other companies. Most of the work pretty boring.
