      Its a job/paycheck. Almost no recognition for a job well done.

      Cons

      Your engineering skills will atrophy; everything is boiler plate and fill-in-the-blank. Job loyalty is strictly a one way street: from employee to employer.

      Great coworkers, flexible time, remote work

      Cons

      Upper management seems to think AI is the greatest thing ever and pushes everyone to get on board with it. Not much room for growth upward. Lots of changes in priorities after work is nearly finished.
