1. CEO 4/10 - Jenny definitely works as a business women thinking for the company but, in my opinion she doesn't do a very good job when it comes to prioritizing the employees she currently has. Going as far to lay off US employees to then hire through a different country. Saving money for the company by hiring elsewhere.
2. UL outsourcing positions. Thus giving up work in US.
3. Job security is not a guarantee. I personally have watched people with 20-30+ years at UL be let go.
4. Possibly getting rid of the hybrid work schedule.
5. Only cares about job levels C and up. (Opinion but true)
