Benefits are solid with a guaranteed paycheck Structure is nice Shooting guns and playing pretend war in the woods is fun some of the time You’ll make the best friends of your life Camaraderie is second to none

Cons

Hours are atrocious Job is stressful, like very Favoritism happens a lot You’ll get blamed for things you didn’t do No one will care about the things that you do You’ll get in trouble for things other people do
