No assistance, only demands - Anonymous employee Uber Employee Review

I had an accident in the middle of my shift and immediately reported it. I was expecting some form of support, guidance or even a basic check-in about my condition. Instead, the only response I received was a request for photos to prove that my vehicle had been repaired — along with a warning that my account would remain blocked until I provided them.This was very disappointing. I didn’t feel heard, supported, or valued at all during a stressful situation. I hope communication and care for workers will improve in the future.
