      Pros

      When working for Uber you can make your own schedule. from the financial point of view the company is ok if you are willing to put in the hours.

      Cons

      Not establishing some rules or guidelines with costumers which forces driver to break some traffic rules trying to reach the pickup point, the commission they are taking from drivers earnings

      Pros

      I love being able to work around truly passionate people who are ready to change the world. The culture is great, free snacks and food is big plus. I had the opportunity to take ownership of projects within my first month

      Cons

      The hours are much longer than any other job I've worked in, but this is expected to change as we continue hiring more help
