Pros
Big company, you get good compensation and really good benefits... Software development culture is enjoyable and growth oriented... Good values like honesty and ethics are really important for them Definitively a good place to work
Cons
As the company is big, work comes on waves, sometimes you do not have a lot, sometimes you have tons... Also, you may feel your visibility dissipated because of how big it is the company, in their defense, they are trying to avoid this, but they still have work to do... This last one is also true for the "leveling", meaning, working at Uber, you feel the "levels" they have a little bit, they are trying to avoid that, but still working on it...
