Every team and team member has the opportunity and responsibility to develop products that affect the lives of millions of people around the world. Design is a respected and important part of the product development process. Culture of ownership rather than approval.
Cons
Uber is at a tipping point where they have graduated from a startup but haven't yet become an institution.
