      Pros

      Besides the terrible rep that Uber / Uber Eats has, the culture and the teams at the LatAm offices are world class. It's seriously an amazing place to work. I built long-time friends and learned more than in an MBA. The challenges, both technical, regulatory and operatinoal that Uber faces are unique and the team always solves it with a smile. I would totally re-live my experience again there.

      Cons

      The product itself. This is a bit more personal, but, although it's amazing using your phone to get a cab or food, I found it ethically wrong with the Drivers and Delivery Partners :(. However, for a region like LatAm where there aren't any opportunities, you can justify it a bit more.

      Pros

      I love being able to work around truly passionate people who are ready to change the world. The culture is great, free snacks and food is big plus. I had the opportunity to take ownership of projects within my first month

      Cons

      The hours are much longer than any other job I've worked in, but this is expected to change as we continue hiring more help
