      Benefits are amazing Work life balance is highly encouraged and supported Highly intelligent individuals lift you up DEI is also one of the best I have seen in a company, especially this big Salary is at par with tech companies I am passionate about our values

      Nothing I can think of now except maybe career growth has slowed significantly. But with today's employment landscape, it's understandable

      Pros

      I love being able to work around truly passionate people who are ready to change the world. The culture is great, free snacks and food is big plus. I had the opportunity to take ownership of projects within my first month

      Cons

      The hours are much longer than any other job I've worked in, but this is expected to change as we continue hiring more help
