Cons
Leadership is downright hostile to employees. Instead of spending the money to just do the layoffs they desire so badly, they instead choose to tighten the screws on employees in hopes to force attrition. Most of the strong developers and leaders have already left, the only ones left are the unemployable. Leadership will harshly review individual contributors, but that is a one-way street. There is no accountability for poor decision making and poor leadership. They actively operate upon and communicate fear tactics to intimidate employees. Leadership fumbles high level strategy yet still get sky-high compensation while the people actively making strong forward progress are mostly ignored. Fiefdoms and silos constantly battle, the only ones that get promoted are the ones who kiss-up to leadership the best. Success is no-longer results-driven.
