      New hires have to wait 3 years for bonus ! - Warehouse Associate Uline Employee Review

      Pros

      Company party in December, easy work, decent pay for warehouse work, clean environment, gym on sight

      Cons

      No bonus for new hires unless you wait 3 years, A lot of micromanaging. Pay is better than most places but not great Blackout periods during the year means you absolutely can’t take off work. You have to take holidays off a year in advance or you won’t get them. Even in state of emergencies they expect you to be at work or you will get a tardy.

      Great company to work for. Managers are fair and transparent. Feels like family. Pay good too.

      Pros

      Top management really does care about you. Food is amazing in the cafe. Free massages, fitness center and personal trainer available. Training is really good. Beautiful office. Not just stuffy white walls. Bonuses are awesome. The cons are out weighed by all these pros

      Cons

      Business professional Dress code, can only have 5 personal items on your desk, strict 8-5 hours, clock in and clock out even for salary employees.
