The owners of the company are involved and here every day. They have successfully built this company to projected 4 billion dollars in sales this year, employing 5,000 people. They are doing it right. I see Liz all over the place, in meetings with different departments, on the walking paths with employees, she is very accessible to everyone.
Cons
People that don't work here always ask about the dress code, yes we have a corporate dress code, but honestly you get used to it and it's not that bad. You do notice people act more professionally and are more polite here. I don't know if that is because of the dress code or the culture. There is structure here, it is part of the reason of the success of the company. It is also hard to get in. You have to have a good employment history and do quite a few assessments and interviews to be considered.
