Pros
This company is very employee-oriented. There is a tedious process to walk through when being hired, but they have a minimal turnover rate because of it. They are a family company and keep that culture very present in the day-to-day environment. Everyone is very welcoming and wanting you to pursue what you are most passionate about.
Cons
There is a slow learning curve, so there may be lulls in the beginning of not having a ton of work, but there is no expectation to know everything. There is some micro-managing, but they treat employees with utmost respect, so it is not overwhelming by any means.
