Pros
When I was at Uline, I had a great manager. The IT Department was run professionally and everyone was proud of their work. Lifelong friendships were also made at Uline
Cons
The owners ran the place as their little kingdom and treated most everyone as servants. Employees were fearful of running into the owners during the day because you never knew what their mood was. If your tie (yes even in these days, ties were mandatory) was not tied to their satisfaction, you might be fired on the spot.
