Pros
Good benefits & decent salary. If you impress the right people, you can move up very quickly. Bonuses are awesome! You can be proud to work there because Uline really does treat its customers fairly and gives its employees enough authority to take care of the customer properly. It's easy to get your voice heard. They always listen to employee comments & suggestions.
Cons
Be ready to conform if you want to do well at Uline. You have to dress how they want you to (knee-length skirts w/ pantyhose for women), say what they want you to, pretend to agree with the way they do things. You may even get asked about your political views. The place is pretty stuffy--don't get caught eating at your desk, or talking about non-work-related matters, or cussing, or decorating your cubicle, or wearing wrinkled clothing, or arriving even one minute late. One minute late is a tardy, and it only takes a handful to get fired (8 in a year, I think?) Even managers have to clock in and clock out, even though they're paid salary.
