Pros
Great place to start your career. A lot of work given to you right away and great training in place to make sure you’re not walking into things blind.
Cons
Very secretive management and spoke to me like they were speaking to a child. They somewhat trap you in your position by making sure you’re not learning new skills and focusing only on your specific tasks. Makes it very hard to grow when there’s no transferable skills. Insanely strict policies. Like insane. Every single day is the EXACT same. Feels like a simulation. Every single position higher than manager is an outside hire.
