Pros

Good Pay, but expect to work a minimum of 50 hours per week PLUS take an unpaid mandatory lunch hour.

Cons

Back when I worked here I compared it to being treated like a third grader in catholic school. You must wear a shirt and tie. You must keep your cube in inspection order (and it was inspected regularly). I got written up for having my "cube in disarray". The comment was for my cords and cables not being secured UNDER my cube. But not to despair, someone fixed it for my by zip tying them after pulling everything tight. Had to cut them to let me pull my mouse away from the wall behind the monitor. Also, my boss celebrated his 5th anniversary while I was there and before I could say it ANTOHER EMPLOYEE stated :"I don't know whether to congratulate you or wish you condolences". Can go on and on. But watch the Monster job boards, ALWAYS looking for IT as the turnover was horrendous.

Pros

Top management really does care about you. Food is amazing in the cafe. Free massages, fitness center and personal trainer available. Training is really good. Beautiful office. Not just stuffy white walls. Bonuses are awesome. The cons are out weighed by all these pros

Cons

Business professional Dress code, can only have 5 personal items on your desk, strict 8-5 hours, clock in and clock out even for salary employees.
