Pros

Nice managers and co workers! Training rocks and occasional (sometimes often) paid lunches by management. Flexibility during field days- you're not micromanaged. Paid for expenses on sales trips.

Cons

No commission is the big thing for me. I feel like most salespeople are motivated by commission. This can keep away top talent. Very formal attire for women (suits with jacket, skirt, or dress), and black tights season is very long. This is an outdated practice that can keep away top talent. Also wearing this and heels as a woman in warehouses is not the best practice. The schedule is very early and sometimes you work very late. You are traveling a lot as a newer rep. The company is very political (it's private so they can be) but it can keep away some customers and even make employees uncomfortable sharing their values.

Pros

Top management really does care about you. Food is amazing in the cafe. Free massages, fitness center and personal trainer available. Training is really good. Beautiful office. Not just stuffy white walls. Bonuses are awesome. The cons are out weighed by all these pros

Cons

Business professional Dress code, can only have 5 personal items on your desk, strict 8-5 hours, clock in and clock out even for salary employees.
