      Good starting pay - Warehouse Associate Uline Employee Review

      Pros

      Great Pay when you start out. Some decent opportunities for moving to another department or position. If you like working night you get 4 dollars higher pay which is nice.

      Cons

      They want 2 hours of OT everyday in the warehouse. Plus they want you to work at least 1 weekend day ever weekend. They will pressure you and write down reasons why you can do the "mandatory overtime" good luck getting a day off in the summer or holidays without 20 plus years experience as only 1 person usually can take off in your area. You will constantly get moved to other buildings to help them out even if it hurts your building. Also if you are a hard working go to guy/girl they will go to you for everything holding you to a much higher standard while the laziest employees get rewarded with hanging out on forklifts snacking all day.

      Great company to work for. Managers are fair and transparent. Feels like family. Pay good too.

      Pros

      Top management really does care about you. Food is amazing in the cafe. Free massages, fitness center and personal trainer available. Training is really good. Beautiful office. Not just stuffy white walls. Bonuses are awesome. The cons are out weighed by all these pros

      Cons

      Business professional Dress code, can only have 5 personal items on your desk, strict 8-5 hours, clock in and clock out even for salary employees.
