Stability! So many getting laid off at other jobs but not at Uline. We are a stable family owned company that is growing! You simply won’t find better co-workers anywhere! This is a high performance environment, meaning the people you work with give their best alongside you. Coworkers are family. We do work and life together. Hardly any messes to clean up from other employees who dropped the ball. Customers aren’t yelling when you answer the phone because we treat them well and even if a mistake is made, it is remedied quickly and without hassle. The compensation is generous with an annual profit sharing bonus after three years and annual performance bonus starting the first year. Cons
It is challenging to get hired because we are not only looking for people that can do the job but are also like-minded and interested in achieving their best every day. The process is intensive but worth it seeing the quality of people we get to work with every day.
