Pros

co workers are the best part of this company. You develop a special bond with people who are enduring the same type of abuse from this employer. expect to never see your family, there is no work life balance.

Cons

Overtime is posted at the last min. you have no way to have a life outside this job. expect to work 72 hours + a week. management wont work overtime but the will force you to every week a minimum of 60 hours. Independence location is planning on going on strike. That's how bad it is.

Love the people, great mentors, wonderful team members. Very welcoming office and great relationships. I love coming to work!

Under resourced and underpaid for the skills I bring to the table, which contributes to retention issues
