Pros

They'll pay you a decent wage, so you can afford a nice apartment to go cry in for six hours before you have to be back for another 12 hour shift. And another. And another. Continue for 6 months until you give up on life.

Cons

Worked 80 hours a week. NO time for a life at home. Erratic, constantly changing hours. days off are few and far between. They will literally work you to death without any remorse. I was having thoughts of self-harm and suicide by the time I was able to get away from this terrible place.

Pros

Good Pay for the work.

Cons

Micromanagers, racists, needed to be in person even though all meetings were handles on teams.
